Real Estate Senior Associate

Senior Associate or Partner opportunity with leading West End firm.

The team currently deal with all types of Property transactions and need the additional support of a senior Property lawyer either at Senior Associate or Partner level to assist in supervising other lawyers and managing client relationships.

The team deal with a range of work including investment, development, forward-funding, financing, leasing, and asset management. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated experience of advising on leases, advising on landlord and tenant matters, advising on extending leases and buying the freehold of residential property under leasehold enfranchisement legislation, acting for lenders, acting for developers and advising on site assembly and subsequent disposal or commercial use, acting for local authorities, advising overseas investors and advising on SDLT.
