Job Details
This impressive offshore firm is seeking a mid-level disputes lawyer to join its established team in Hong Kong.
The team handles a range of contentious matters, including shareholder and limited partnership disputes, unfair prejudice proceedings, winding up proceedings, derivative actions, fraud and asset tracing claims, ex-parte applications for urgent interim relief, and all other aspects of offshore contentious work, from mainly Asian based clients.
Candidates will ideally be England & Wales qualified (though candidates qualified in other commonwealth jurisdictions would also be considered) and should have around 3-6 years of post-qualification experience litigation from a well-regarded onshore or offshore firm. Chinese language capability is a strong preference but is not a prerequisite.
