Banking and Finance Associate

Due to growth our client are seeking a Solicitor/Associate to join their highly regarded Banking and Finance team based in Cambridge.

The role will include exposure to both lenders and investors, as well as borrowers and companies seeking finance. The team's expertise includes acquisition finance, takeovers (both private and public), mergers and acquisitions, property finance, venture capital, private equity and restructuring matters.

The successful candidate will ideally be 1-4 years PQE with a well-developed knowledge in banking and finance and a strong interest to grow in this area. More senior candidates with around 5-6 years experience will also be considered for this position and in this case you must be a specialist in this area.
