**US FIRM** Real Estate Associate 1-4PQE

A well-regarded US firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property associate between the 1-4PQE level. The firm offer an extremely competitive remuneration package, high-calibre work both domestically and internationally and a broad role with a large degree of autonomy.

The team focus on commercial Real Estate transactions and possess a wealth of experience in the UK market. The successful candidate will undertake a broad role, being exposed to a varied caseload including; investment acquisitions and disposals, development, hotel deals and real estate transactions predominantly for clients operating the private equity sector. The new joiner will also be exposed to Real Estate finance transactions with the firm advising on a range of cross-border deals.

The new joiner will likely be currently working as an associate within a prestigious regional, City or International firm with at least one year of post-qualification experience. A strong academic record is also required to be considered for this role.
