**US FIRM** Leveraged/Acquisition Finance Associate 1-5PQE

An expanding US law firm with a growing presence in the City are looking to hire an associate between the 1-5PQE level to join their team in London. The firm offer a competitive remuneration package, a large degree of client contact and high-quality City work.

The broader Banking team comprises of nearly fifty lawyers with the new joiner working closely with the teams leveraged and acquisition finance specialists. The firm advise a varied client base including; high-end financial institutions, borrowers, sponsors and other blue-chip corporations on a wide scope of finance transactions. The successful candidate will assist on large cross-border and domestic financings on both the borrower and lender side.

The firm are looking to hire an individual with a minimum of one year of leveraged finance experience, ideally with experience advising private equity sponsors. Additionally, a strong academic record is required to be considered for this role.
