Experienced Corporate Solicitor required for a new role within a national commercial law firm, to be based in Manchester.

Our client is a leading law firm who are well regarded across many commercial legal disciplines.

Their highly rated Corporate team advise on the full range of Corporate advice and transactions including M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures and corporate advisory issues. They act for a wide range of clients, from young entrepreneurial businesses to substantial public and private corporates.

Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit an additional Corporate Solicitor to the team in Manchester. 

They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors ideally with a minimum of 3PQE in Corporate, with your training and experience ideally gained at a leading firm well regarded for transactional Corporate work.
