This leading firm are looking to hire an experienced Employment Solicitor into their Spalding office
The Partners and Senior Management team will provide you with ongoing training and advice on how to approach networking and business development, working with other departments to further build your own regional client base over time.
You will be working within an experienced and highly regarded team, the Partners on their busy and exciting portfolios and support them on a range of matters, this role will then develop into you managing your own caseload. This opportunity has been created through further growth and consistent success so there is existing work for you be involved in from the very start.
The caseload will depend on your own focus however, you can be expected to cover a range of contentious and non-contentious matters for Employers and Employees including: Drafting and advising on Employee handbooks, Redundancies, Restrictive Covenants, Discrimination and Dismissals, Disciplinaries and Grievances, TUPE and Business transfers to name a few

- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 PQE +
