Job Details
One of the Emirates' leading investment entities is seeking to hire a Legal Counsel to strengthen its legal team.
Working closely with the General Counsel, this stimulating role covers a broad area of work including corporate advisory work and focusing on investments and acquisitions, compliance work and corporate governance.
This is a senior role within one of the most highly regarded employers in the region. Applicants must have the following:
- At least 7 years post qualification experience gained in corporate law and gained in a highly regarded law firm or investment fund.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Attained a Masters degree or higher in the UK or US.
- Previous experience of working in the UAE.
