Regulatory/Commercial Legal Counsel - Exciting Start Up

Our client, a leading investment research business, are looking for a lawyer with a background in financial services to join a small, dynamic team in a broad role.

Legal Counsel will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (FCA & SEC), commercial contract negotiation with leading hedge and mutual funds, as well as providing advice on wider ad-hoc legal matters as and when they arise. The successful candidate will be required to work autonomously in a fast paced, collegiate environment and must have a "can-do" entreprenurial attitude.

The ideal candidate will have strong academics and 2-3 years PQE* gained within a commercial or financial services regulatory team of a private practice firm or in-house institution.
