Rare opportunity for a senior associate/ counsel level commercial technology lawyer to join a leading US firm in London.
The firm has an excellent brand in the US and internationally and have been going from strength to strength in the city over the past few years. London is core to the firms’ international growth plans and there are plans to further invest in growth in the city.
The firm seeks a talented and ambitious senior associate or counsel level lawyer with a good level of experience in commercial contracts, technology transactions and data protection matters. The role will be primarily focussed on handling the commercial and technology aspects of corporate transactions and the successful candidate will be someone who can work autonomously and take the lead on these matters. There will also be opportunity and encouragement to develop a stand-alone commercial and technology practice so an interest in practice development would also be beneficial.
For the right candidate there are ample advancement opportunities and compensation will be highly competitive, as expected from a prominent US firm in the city.
