Insolvency Solicitor/Dispute Resolution 2yrs+

Legal 500 rated law firm within Dorset with several offices is seeking to expand their team.

The firm continues to grow and provides a more flexible approach to working. Their Insolvency team handle a range of contentious and non-contentious matters alongside broader commercial disputes.

The role will involve providing insolvency and restructuring advice, but a larger part of the role will be focused on contentious matters relating to Insolvency, acting for practitioners dealing with personal and corporate insolvency related litigation and related investigations.

Ideally, you will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a degree of insolvency experience, but knowledge of banking litigation or dispute resolution would also be considered if able to learn within a fast paced environment.
