The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Partner into their office in Nottingham

The firm are seeking an experienced Senior Associate seeking the step up to Partnership, or an existing Partner, seeking a lateral move into a more well-established regional practice and Legal500 ranked team.

You will be working within one of the regions strongest Commercial Property teams and will play a pivotal role, working with existing Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.

This is a varied role where you will manage your own varied caseload including: landlord and tenant work, leases, investment work, corporate support and large-scale developments, meanwhile being at the very forefront of their business development and networking efforts.

This firm attract a high-end client base which includes investors, developers, high net worth individuals and Property companies from the local area and beyond, so you must be ambitious to develop business. You will also be responsible for managing and training junior fee earners and support staff within the department - so previous experience of this is advantageous.

This team are regularly referred work from other areas of the firm, and you will be given full support to service your own contacts should you be able to bring this with you.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate or existing Partner with 8 PQE +
• (There is no upper limit in PQE)
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property matters and a strong billings history
• You should have evidence of successful business development and a client following is highly advantageous
• Salary is competitive, negotiable and based upon experience
