Job Details
Our client is a leading, global law firm with one of the largest teams of dedicated finance lawyers worldwide. The London debt finance team advises both lenders and borrowers (including private equity funds) on the financing of domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions.
The team is currently looking for a junior leveraged finance lawyer and can offer a dynamic range of work, acting for borrowers and creditors at all levels of the capital structure.
You can expect involvement on all aspects of a wide range of high profile debt financing transactions including leveraged buy-outs and re-financings, structured finance, real estate finance, acquisition financings, public-to-private transactions, investment grade syndicated loans and growth market loans.
