Patent Litigation Associate (1-4 PQE) - London

The Stephen James Partnership are currently working with a highly regarded international firm that are seeking a 1-4 PQE IP litigation associate to join their London office. The firm has grown rapidly in recent years, showing more than 80% revenue growth in the past five years alone. Such growth has necessitated an addition to their contentious IP team due to the increase in demand within the team.

This is a top ranked international law firm, with a fantastic reputation across the Intellectual Property market. The firm's clients are household names in their respective industries and therefore the candidate will be exposed to complex and challenging work. The role will involve work within the sectors of technology, life sciences, telecoms and automotive.  The candidate will also work on other contentious matters including trademarks, designs, copyright and confidential information.  Accordingly, there will be some exposure to a range of general IP advisory work, such as clearance and freedom to operate work, protection advice, and advice in relation to advertising and related matters.

The successful candidate should be willing to take or have already studied the Oxford IP Diploma. Furthermore, a background in science or other technological area will be preferred.
