Senior Legal Counsel - IT/Outsourcing/Commercial

This expanding in-house legal department is currently looking to appoint an IT Commercial lawyer to join as their Senior Legal Counsel Lawyer. This is an exciting time to be joining them as they continue to transform and grow.

Candidates will need to be a qualified solicitor with over 5 years PQE and have experience of IT Projects including negotiating complex IT framework agreements and outsourcing deals, gained either in-house or private practice. Experience of procurement would also be advantageous. The primary focus of this role will be to provide legal support on a number of strategic IT Projects working closely with the Head of Legal IT at a time when the organisation is transforming its IT systems and processes. The work will be complex and varied and offers good career prospects as well as manageable working hours and agile working.
