This London firm stand-out from the crowd compared to most other local practices. This firm are a Top 200 firm, whose head office is the heart of the West End of London.

This firm have a headcount of over 200 staff, they also have a local office which has grown substantially since its launch 3 years ago.

You will find the highest quality of work; they add real value for the work that they do adding real value to client's transactions. They are an entrepreneurial business; you will find a collaborative approach where Partners are accessible and sit amongst more junior Lawyers. The firm are particularly known for their HNW client base, with lots of their work often having an international element. Partners are more accessible giving Lawyers more exposure to matters that might not have dealt with at other firms.

The role

Due to continued growth the practice is seeking to hire a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their Leeds office.

The corporate team stands at over 10 lawyers. The team benefits from strong specialist support in intellectual property, IT, finance/banking, regulatory, employment, real estate and tax. They have significant international reach, with well-established links in the major jurisdictions in Europe and the US with tried and tested firms of similar quality and size to theirs.

Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of experience, and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • A positive "can do" attitude
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable, depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
