Commercial Sports Solicitor – 3 to 6 PQE – Cheshire
OVERVIEW
This dynamic boutique practice covers Sports, Media & Entertainment law in all its forms. The firm specialises in matters including: image rights, third party ownership issues, player transfers, intellectual property contracts, contract re-negotiations, sponsorship and endorsement contracts, defamation, sports dispute resolution, footballer and agent disputes, doping hearings, regulatory issues, and both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law. Our client is looking to bring in a solicitor to join the existing team.
ROLE
The sport practice clients include Premier League Football Clubs, Championship Football Clubs senior international football and rugby players, international cricketers and golfers, as well as rights holders, sponsors, event organisers, promoters and agents. In the Media space, this firm acts for recording artists, record labels, TV personalities and managers. It also deals with real estate matters for its high-profile clients.
