My client is a top ranked regional legal 500, headquartered in London and with multiple offices across the South East. In line with their long-term strategic growth plans, the firm are now seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join their top ranked team, based in their modern and well-located offices in central Guildford.

You will join a highly ranked and multi award winning team, working alongside the two Guildford Corporate Partners in the continued development of a leading regional Corporate practice. The team primarily serves owner-managed corporate clients in a rapidly expanding, and highly innovative Surrey market.

You will work closely with the Partners in the team, focusing on the acquisition and sale of private companies, private equity and financing of private businesses as well as any more general corporate support required. The Corporate team highly ranked in the legal 500. They are one of the largest and most active in the region and manage a high volume of complex and varied M&A and Private Equity work in particular.

There is flexibility regarding the PQE range here, with candidates with upwards of one year’s experience managing a varied caseload of Corporate work within a recognised team encouraged to apply.
