The role
- Dealing with the full remit of non contentious transactional insolvency and restructuring work
- Acting for insolvency practitioners, banks (UK and international), funders and private equity and global corporates
- Advice to administrators including on trading issues and delivery of disposals of businesses and assets
- Assignments include cross-border restructuring instructions, rehabilitation, winding up of an offshore companies, substantial distressed real estate workouts and multi-million pound claims arising from the liquidation of a group of companies.
Who are they looking for?
- 1+ PQE Restructuring and Insolvency Associate
- Restructuring and insolvency experience gained with a recognised commercial practice or in-house
- Someone who likes to work as part of a team in a collaborative style
- A lawyer with a strong commercial approach, who is able to think 'big picture' as well as get stuck into the details
