THE ROLE
The firm seeks to hire a non-contentious construction lawyer 5pqe+ to join a construction team which has grown significantly in recent years.
The role will include servicing current work, growing new work flows and provide excellent opportunities to develop your own networks and business, including an opportunity to build a case for partnership.
ABOUT YOU
With a strong academic background, you should have an understanding of national standard forms and experience of preparing and or advising upon all associated documentation including inter alia collateral warranties, duty of care agreements, performance bonds, guarantees.
You will provide advice on all aspects of national non-contentious building, construction and engineering work and act for clients across the entire spectrum of the construction industry, including employers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
You will also be expected to market and network to include providing seminars, lectures and workshops and writing bulletins / articles / blogs, updating literature.
