Job Details
This popular and innovative international law firm has one of the leading and most established TMT practices in the UK. Their dedicated TMT disputes team works with suppliers and customers in relation to the establishment, management and resolution of TMT projects in both the public and private sectors. The team have been involved in some of the most significant cases to affect the industry in recent years.
The partners are now looking for a TMT Disputes Associate around the 4 to 7 PQE level to further strengthen the team. The role does not require a technical TMT background, but it would be helpful if applicants have experience of TMT disputes as well as cyber or data privacy matters.
The cases the teams work on are often large and high profile involving significant factual, technical and legal complexity. Candidates must have strong academics, top quality litigation experience and be natural communicators.
