Your new role
This commercial litigation role will see you handle a broad range of disputes work. This will include mainstream contract disputes, shareholder disputes as well as professional negligence matters and debt recovery matters.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 5+ years' pqe. You should be well versed in managing your own caseload and providing a high quality service to clients.
