Job Details
We have been instructed by a top US firm in London looking for a Debt Capital Markets Associate to join their team.
The team broadly advises on DCM and structured finance matters for sophisticated international clients, including blue-chip corporates, and other large companies including working in the emerging markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for finance lawyers to work at a US firm in London whilst gaining high quality capital markets experience in an ambitious team environment.
Candidates should have between one to five years of relevant experience from a leading firm.
This role is suited to candidates who have worked at a US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle firm, and are now looking to transition into a more friendly, and positive team environment for a long-term career move.
UK, Australian and New Zealand qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.
The firm offers US salary rates in addition to market-leading training for the knowledge development of their lawyers. There are also strong business development opportunities at the firm so candidates looking to advance their own profile and build relationships with their own clients would be an excellent fit within the team.
