Our client produces cutting-edge formats to multi award winning, long-running drama. It is at the forefront of today's popular culture - both as a content creator and the producer of TV shows that stand the test of time. They are now looking for a Senior Business & Legal Affairs Executive to work at their London base, although travel to other UK destinations may be required from time to time.
The Business & Legal Affairs department looks after the commercial, legal and business affairs operations across all productions. They have a role for an experienced TV lawyer who has a background in non-scripted and factual programming to work in London on all the non-scripted programmes together with development work in connection with the Company's reality and factual development team.
As Senior Business and Legal Affairs Executive you will have two junior-mid level lawyers reporting to you. You will work closely with the editorial and production staff in dealing with all aspects of the business affairs and compliance work in connection with the programmes and development projects. In addition, you will also work with Senior Brand Development Managers on non-scripted programmes and with the Digital teams on new online and interactive digital opportunities and projects in connection with non-scripted programmes.
