This Legal 500 ranked firm is very similar in style to a West End practice. They have an excellent client base of HNW individuals and businesses, and a growing proportion of their work has an international element; the practice rests in the affluent area of Hampstead, North London. The firm has been established 15+ years and have grown year on year and now have a head count of over 50 members of staff. The company has attracted many lawyers out of the city who are looking to deal still with a high quality of work but want better work-life balance, progression, and prospects. You will find that they punch above their weight regarding quality of work. The firm is dynamic, innovative, and quick to adapt to changing market trends. The role

This legal 500 firm are seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor into their flourishing Hampstead, London office.

You will work with a close-knit team, the team are friendly, supportive and professional. You will be the most senior fee earner in the commercial property department, they are currently busy. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own, but equally will have good support from the other Partners within the firm. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including head of department and partner prospects.

The firm has a loyal client base, the commercial property department deals with an excellent quality of work.

You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals and Investment work.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
