Silver Circle firm seeks Pensions Solicitor for market-leading London office.

A global practice with 25 offices in 15 countries, the firm offers an integrated and multi-jurisdictional service to global corporates, financial institutions, and governments across the full spectrum of commercial law.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to take your career to the next level with a global practice based in the heart of London.

The pensions team is fully integrated with the incentives and employment practice and works closely with the corporate, finance, disputes, restructuring, tax and regulatory teams.

The team advises across a broad range of sectors including financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing natural resources and real estate.

You will be part of a global team delivering commercial solutions in the most complex multi-jurisdictional transactions and projects.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have:-

- A minimum of 6 months PQE;
- Post-qualification experience gained in Pensions at a leading law firm;
- Experience of large scale transactions; and
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating pensions related documents.
