An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well established practice in Cambridgeshire. This is a permanent position, offering flexible working opportunities and part time.

The Role

The successful commercial property solicitor will be joining a highly profitable property team, working on a range of complex and high profile transactions for clients locally and nationally. Your clients will include:

* Housebuilders
* Small scale developers
* Site promoters
* Landowners
* Local businesses

Candidate Requirements

This firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer with:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
* Ideally having experience in development matters
* Having a link to Cambridgeshire would be highly advantageous

On Offer

This position is an important hire and this Commercial Property Lawyer will be an integral part of the growth of the team. On offer is a salary of £40,000 plus, depending on level of experience.

Flexible working and a clear route to partnership is also available.
