The firm is full service and its banking team is no exception. Acting for Lenders and borrowers means you will gain a broad diet and a deeper technical understanding of the needs of clients on both sides of the fence.

The scope of the work is vast from corporate and acquisition finance to real estate and project finance, you can expect high quality work and high deal values as well as cross-jurisdictional, international work.

The banking team in Manchester is small but well formed and by virtue of its size, you will get the chance to play a hands on role and be actively involved with clients and developing your own relationships.

The team are ideally looking at those with some experience within banking and finance anywhere from NQ to around 3 years experience. Even at NQ level there would need to be some prior experience of banking and finance rather than this being a re-train role. That is to say transactional banking rather than contentious.
