Job Details
My client is a Global Investment bank looking to hire an experienced lawyer/company secretary to provide coverage for a lawyer on maternity leave.
The role will involve providing board and board committee support to senior financial services boards (reviewing/preparation of board/committee materials, writing of board/committee minutes (listed co standard) etc) and weekly EMEA Operating Committee.
Requires understanding of UK governance requirements (UK Corp Governance code), advice on governance best practice and corporate law compliance. Experience at senior VP/Junior ED level ideally with previous secondment experience within listed company.
