Our client is a leading specialist law firm supporting businesses and entrepreneurs concerned in the innovation and technology ecosystems; providing leading-edge legal and commercial advice to clients ranging from start-ups and early phase businesses to listed multinationals.
The firm has enjoyed outstanding levels of success in recent years and is looking to build out their leading M&A and Venture Capital team by appointing a senior-level Corporate lawyer as Senior Associate or Partner.
The team advises entrepreneurs, management teams and investors in relation to the establishment and growth of innovation backed businesses, which invariably involve technology. The practice covers issues ranging from initial seed funding, venture capital rounds, exit strategies, M&A and Capital Markets.
You will be an accomplished senior-level Corporate lawyer with a keen interest in the innovation, tech and investment ecosystems, and a track record in business development. Passion for this field is key: this firm lives and breathes innovation and is involved in developing and investing in its own cutting edge products and projects.
