Our client is an exceptional specialist law firm serving businesses driving the Technology and Innovation sectors, ranging from disruptors to major household name multinationals. On the back of their strengths in IP and Technology the firm has built a large stable of clients in the Life Sciences/Biotech and Healthcare sectors, with a particular focus on medical devices and digital health.
As part of their plans to build their offering in this key sector they are eager to hire a mid/senior-level Life Sciences/Healthcare specialist to advise clients on a range of commercial, IP and regulatory matters, including: licensing, R&D, collaborations/JVs, clinical trials, product clearance and marketing matters.
The successful candidate will have established credentials in this field, with training and experience gained from a recognised specialist practice and/or in-house legal team. In addition you will demonstrate a desire and aptitude for involvement in business development enterprises.
