Our client is a leading specialist law firm supporting businesses and entrepreneurs concerned in the innovation and technology ecosystems providing leading-edge legal and commercial advice to clients ranging from startups and early phase businesses to listed multinationals.
They are seeking to add a talented and ambitious midseniorlevel Corporate/Commercial associate to join their highly respected team in London.
The team advises entrepreneurs, management teams and investors in relation to the establishment and growth of innovation backed businesses, which invariably involve technology. The practice covers issues ranging from initial seed funding, venture capital rounds, exit strategies and MA, in addition to advice on commercial agreements, IP rights, and joint ventures. The lawyers in this team act in the mode of virtual inhouse counsel in very close partnership with their clients. Their advice extends significantly beyond legal representation and documentation imparting commercial and strategic advice to entrepreneurs, management teams and investors.
You will be an experienced Corporate/Commercial lawyer with experience and training gained from a respected commercial law firm or in-house legal team, with a keen interest in the innovation, tech and venture capital ecosystems. Passion for this field is key: this firm lives and breathes innovation and is involved in developing and investing in its own cutting-edge products and projects.
