The Role:
Your role as a Corporate Lawyer will provide you with quality work where you will get the chance to provide expert industry-focused legal advice to a range of clients based both in the UK and abroad. Your responsibilities will include dealing with a variety of corporate transactions such as M&A, private equity, joint ventures and even venture capital.
Reporting into the Head of Department, your chance to attain knowledge from the best in their field will excel your development and put you on the pathway for progression.
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate for this position as a Corporate Lawyer will be those with a strong ability to manage complex matters and who are proactive in their approach to business development. For this reason, strong communication skills and a personable style is a must.
A strong academic background is a must and the successful candidate will have c.2-6 years PQE. Prior experience dealing with corporate transaction from a reputable UK Law Firm is required as well as a desire for a high level of international work.
