Corporate Solicitor
A Corporate Solicitor is required to join a Boutique practice based in Buckinghamshire.
This dynamic and progressive firm are specialists operating in and commercial law and have been in operation for over 30 years.
The Solicitor will be working with the Partner and Solicitors on company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions and shareholder and regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, tax and other restructuring.
Applications are invited from Solicitors with PQE of between 2-5 however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a leading commercial practice.
This role would be perfect for those looking for London quality work but outside of the City. The firm has many ambitious lawyers who have made a transition from London based firms to obtain a better work/life balance without sacrificing quality of the commercial work that they deal with.
