Commercial Property Lawyer

Your new firm
You will be joining our client's highly regarded and well established commercial property department within their Swindon office.

Your new role
You will be managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisition sales and refinancing of commercial premises, acting for banks in the financing of commercial premises, advising both landlords and tenants.

You will enjoy contributing to business development, including marketing and client relationship management as well as supporting other fee earners within the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Commercial Property lawyer having gained experience within an established commercial property practice and have worked closely with clients to provide both practical and commercial solutions.
