The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate 3+ to join a flourishing office in Swindon.
The Commercial Property department deals with an excellent quality of work across a broad client base, ranging from SME, OMB right up to well-known household names with an impressive roster of National companies. You will find that there is a varied caseload, which will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant, Development and Portfolio management.
You will join a friendly and supportive team that have a nice social aspect.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Associate with at least 3+ years PQE
- You will have good technical knowledge
- You will be an excellent communicator
- You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
- Salary is marker rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
