COMMERCIAL LITIGATION (JERSEY) (5 - 8 PQE) (ONLY 20% TAX)

The Jersey office of this top 3 Channel Islands firm are currently looking to bolster their litigation team with an additional appointment at Senior Associate level. You will need to have gained between 5 and 8 years' high quality post-qualification experience from either a major offshore firm, major regional or major international firm, and have an excellent academic record. The work is broad-ranging and includes fraud and asset tracing claims, freezing injunctions, enforcement of foreign judgments, claims against directors, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, trusts disputes, insolvency and restructuring, partnership disputes, funds disputes and banking and financial disputes. Cases are often complex, cross-border and of high value.
