Market leaders, our client are a growing and dynamic business operating in diverse industry sectors. With an established legal team, this growing company have experienced rapid growth over recent years. Based in the South West and commutable from Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire, they are currently looking for an interim Commercial lawyer to add value to their team; this role is offered on the basis of a 6 month duration initially, with potential to extend, and could be offered on a four day a week basis if required.

Your new role
Reporting into the Legal Director, this role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders across both Legal and Company Secretary workstreams. In addition to drafting and maintaining legal precedents, you will be supporting and advising the Procurement team and drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements.

What you need to succeed
You will have commercial (contracts) experience and will be able to start in the next couple of weeks. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced and complex business environment, therefore you will have the ability to build relationships and influence individuals at all levels of the organisation. Ideally you should have experience in-house and service industry experience (preferably outsourcing).
