FINANCIAL DISPUTES - WEST END 3-5 PQE+

The core financial disputes team consists of 4 Partners, 2 Senior Associates, and 7 Associates and they are particularly active in banking and financial markets litigation in the Commercial Court (and the new Financial List) but they also undertake a significant amount of other complex commercial disputes work including fraud and judicial review in the commercial context.

The associate can expect a caseload consisting of claims up to £100m+. The team has been involved in acting for connected parties in relation to two of the Lawyer's Top 10 cases of 2017. A team of five is working on a £200m + LIBOR manipulation claim due to come to trial in late 2018.

The team have handled high profile matters and most members of the team have appeared on television and radio and have been quoted many times in the press.
