The Role
The right associate will have already worked on both High Court Litigation and International Arbitration matters and be looking for further responsibility in taking on complex matters.
The partners are engaged on a mix of High Court Litigation as well as ICC and LCIA Arbitration on complex commercial disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions. As a result, they are keen to find the right person who can hit the ground running on matters whilst steadily gaining further responsibilities and eventually becoming a lead associate.
The Requirements
- You will have at least 2 years post qualification experience in disputes matters. The firm will consider applicants outside this range if they can demonstrate the necessary competencies.
- You will be commonwealth qualified, in either England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand.
- The firm will consider applicants in law firms regionally.
- You will have trained at an established firm. You will ideally have strong private practice training.
- You will have strong academics, with a minimum 2.1 (or equivalent) from a top university.
