Our client is a leading international firm in Bangkok that is looking for commonwealth qualified Banking associates to join the market-leading practice.
Renowned for its ex-pat lifestyle, Bangkok serves as an excellent location for UK qualified lawyers looking to gain experience in another jurisdiction, while having access to some of the highest quality work in the region, and while also benefiting from exposure to a new culture.
The Banking team covers the whole spectrum of finance work, although in this role, there is a particular emphasis on project financing and project development, particularly in emerging markets in the Asia Pacific region.
Given the breadth of work on offer, associates advise a wide range of clients that includes sponsors, lenders, governments, construction companies, and other financial organisations.
Applications are welcome from candidates with between 1 and 3 years of PQE, with prior general Banking/Finance experience gained at a highly-regarded international firm in their respective jurisdiction – UK-qualified associates are especially encouraged to apply.
Thai/regional language skills are not required for this role.
