This expanding regional firm are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or CILEX to join their collaborative and experienced team, where you will work with other areas of the business on a varied caseload.

Following a recent restructure to the business, this highly regarded firm are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or CILEX to join their Legal 500 ranked team. They are now looking to expand further out of their Norwich office, and looking for likeminded, ambitious individuals looking to join them in this exciting time.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Dispute Resolution Dispute Resolution Solicitor or CILEX into their office in Norwich.

Following the recent restructure, the firm are planning significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive, ambition and experience to work alongside the other teams on a range of Dispute Resolution matters - which makes for a sociable and enjoyable role.

Although this opportunity will be based around your areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of Dispute Resolution matters including: Commercial contracts disputes, Contentious Probate, Debt Recovery and Property Disputes to name a few.

This team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local and regional clients. The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individual keen to progress within a modern firm with a fresh outlook.

If you have your own contacts you would like to bring with you, you will be provided with full support in transitioning and serving this portfolio. This firm will also provide you with all resources needed to further build your regional reputation including, Marketing, identifying and organising Seminars and Business Development opportunities.

Requirements

  • You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Senior Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5 PQE +
  • (There is no upper limit in PQE)
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
  • A strong regional reputation and contacts is highly advantageous
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable, depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
