Job description:

FYTE Legal are presently representing a multi-national  consumer facing technology company in their search for an interim Legal Counsel on a contract for 4-5 months.

Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Head of Legal the role will involve providing support and advice on a range of legal and marketing issues, dealing with a variety of commercial contracts.

 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Reviewing, negotiating, drafting and supporting on a broad range of commercial contracts, 

Support in respect to T's &C's, DP, IP, e-commerce law and advertising and marketing law

Providing Legal support in numerous jurisdictions throughout the business

Role Requirements:

England and Wales qualified solicitor

Experience of drafting/negotiating commercial agreements

Flexible approach and attitude
