Head of Residential Conveyancing/Partner

Regional law firm with offices across Southern England and London are seeking to develop their Residential Conveyancing offering within the Thames Valley.

The office currently deals with other areas of law, but would like to replicate other locations and eventually have a full service offering.

The initial phase is to bring on board an experienced Conveyancer to build and develop the residential property practice from scratch and be responsible for initially running files at every stage of the process.

Ideally you will be a qualified FILEx or Solicitor that has amassed a minimum of 5 years' experience running a full and varied caseload relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties alongside specialist transactions coupled with proven experience of developing business and cultivating relationships within Reading or across the Thames Valley.

In return my client is offering a highly desirable package of up to a salary of £70,000, which is subject to skills and experience gained within conveyancing and able to run files autonomously as Head of Department or even at Partner Level, subject to skills and experience.
