Law firm highly regarded for the work it does in contentious and non-contentious Private Client law is seeking to recruit a Trusts & Estates Litigation Solicitor/ Barrister of 2 or more years’ PQE/ Call. The Private Client disputes team has particular expertise in high value, complex multi-jurisdictional trust disputes and has recently co-ordinated Trust-related litigation in a number of different jurisdictions including Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Bermuda, BVI, Jersey and Guernsey. The team maintains long-standing, trusted relationships with their clients, as much to avoid litigation as to help guide them through it.  They work closely with the firm’s market-leading Private Client team to provide a seamless service and to ensure that tax issues are fully integrated into the strategy for resolving a dispute. They act for a wide range of clients, national and international, including trust companies; banks and financial institutions; investors and high-net-worth individuals from many different backgrounds.  This gives them an insight into a broad spectrum of businesses and individuals - which is of significant value when dealing with the diverse range of assets and family situations encountered in trust, probate and family disputes. If you are a Solicitor you will currently specialise in Trusts & Estates Litigation. If you are a Barrister, you will have a significant amount of experience undertaking Trusts & Estates Litigation/ Chancery Litigation cases.
