This City law firm has gone from strength to strength, substantially building its well regarded employment practice. The firm is now strategically seeking to bring in its first employee incentives lead lawyer (either at Partner or senior level) to further strengthen its advisory services.

FIRM: This modern, progressive and full service law firm has developed from an up and coming firm, to an award winning and highly regarded team with a full array of accolades and external recognition throughout the directories for its quality of work, interesting client mix as well as its relaxed and positive culture. The firm continues to build in all of its key areas and become recognised for each of its practice areas - yet operating in a way which encourages diversity, modern working practices and true collaberation within the firm. 

TEAM: The incentives lawyer who joins to lead and develop this area, will sit in a wide ranging and well leveraged employment team, known for its calibre of work (mainly employer/corporate side) in sectors ranging from technology, retail, financial services, fashion and leisure to aviation, real estate and media. There are a large number of clients who have an innovative business and approach which would dovetail directly with the incoming incentives lawyer. 

ROLE: This is a role to take a lead and spearhead the development of the incentives practice. With clients often in cutting edge areas, this would suit a senior lawyer who is interested in innovative schemes and being able to advise clients looking to attract and retain their talent in a way which encompasses design, implementation and communication of employee incentives.
