Job Details
Our client, a top international law firm, are currently seeking a corporate knowledge lawyer to assist them for nine months on a fixed term contract basis.
You will have substantial corporate experience with exposure to corporate finance law, regulation, and market practices including; Corporate Governance Code, Companies Act and Prospectus Rules. Having an excellent knowledge of private M&A, private equity and funds would also be highly beneficial.
The firm's corporate practice is frequently lauded in legal directories, and you will be working with partners who are highly recognised amongst peers and industry professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to matters of the highest quality alongside industry-leading practitioners.
The successful corporate knowledge lawyer will have ideally 5+ PQE with a background in corporate law gained from a top tier city practice. Having previous knowledge lawyer experience would be highly desirable, however it is not essential.
