Job Details
A global technology business is looking for a senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer on a fixed-term contract due to a recent acquisition.
Reporting directly into their Legal Director and working closely with senior Lawyers based in the US, the role will be heavily projected and focus on varying commercial legal matters. The role will entail cataloguing and summarising existing customer contracts as well as negotiating complex, technology-driven, commercial contracts with their customers.
They are looking for an experienced Lawyer with upwards of 6 years experience with a strong private practise background and previous in-house experience. Prior experience in the manufacturing or life sciences industry, or M&A integrations or prior exposure to IT outsourcing is a plus.
