The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Lawyer into their Cheltenham office.

Corporate is one of the firms busiest and fastest growing departments, the team in London is thriving. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The work will be varied, and client base is varied and includes names such as Aldi, Vodafone, and many other well-known household names. It will include; M&A. Private equity, Joint ventures, Restructuring and Commercial contracts.

You might be a Senior Associate seeking a route to Partnership, or perhaps a Partner seeking a unique lateral opportunity.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
• You should have a strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure.
