The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Partner to join their established team.

They focus on providing the best legal advice to their clients, but without the legal jargon, meaning this firm attract consistently work. The volume of work regularly referred to them is a testament to their focus on client care and expanding reputation.

You will be responsible for building or developing your own client base in the region, adopting the firm's ethos and working alongside the other Partners to build the firm further ensuring future success of the team.

Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of Commercial Property including: Landlord and tenant, Sales and purchases of commercial premises, Commercial leases and Development work.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Partner with at least 8 years PQE +
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
• You should have first-class communication and strong business development skills
• A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and client base
